LEGAL & PRIVACY
Privacy policy
How Fynvert handles your files, account details and website activity.
1. About this policy and how to contact us
Fynvert operates the file tools available at fynvert.com. This policy describes the information handled by this website when you browse, convert files, create an account, use a guest workspace or contact us. For privacy questions or requests, use our Contact page or WhatsApp at +91 85608 06508. Please do not include passwords, verification links or private document contents in a message. Last updated: 24 October 2026.
2. Information you provide
An account includes your name, email address and a password stored as a one-way hash. A mobile number is optional; supported numbers are format-checked and encrypted in storage, but ownership is not confirmed by SMS. Guest workspaces may include an optional display name and mobile number. We also store saved tools, feature-interest requests, account email-verification or administrator-approval records, and support messages you submit. Choosing an upcoming feature does not create a paid subscription or payment.
3. Uploaded files and conversion results
Server-based converters receive the files you select so that we can validate and process them. Uploads and results are stored in private temporary directories with random references. Conversion libraries, document tools and the configured antivirus may read file contents as required to perform these tasks. We do not use uploaded files to train AI models. Do not upload files you are not authorized to process, or documents containing other people’s information without the appropriate permission.
4. Background removal on your device
The image background remover processes your selected image in your browser. Its photo, mask and exported cutout are not uploaded by that tool or saved to your account. The required model and runtime assets are downloaded from this website. Optional usage analytics may record that a tool was used, without sending the image or its filename. Download the cutout before closing or reloading the page.
5. Why information is used
We use information to provide conversions and protected downloads, remember your workspace, manage accounts, confirm email access, answer enquiries, prevent misuse and diagnose operational failures. Optional usage measurements help us understand page and tool activity when you allow them. We do not run a newsletter, advertising tracker, contest system or payment checkout through the current application. The basis for processing depends on the activity and applicable law, including providing a requested service, necessary security and support, optional consent, and legal obligations where they apply.
6. Cookies, guest access and consent
Essential session, CSRF and protected workspace cookies support sign-in, forms and file access. A remembered guest identifier can last up to 365 days, subject to browser restrictions. It contains a protected random identifier, not your name, email, mobile number or IP address. Clearing cookies or signing out ends remembered guest access; clearing cache or browsing history alone may not remove cookies. Optional analytics uses a random browser identifier lasting up to 30 days and an approximately 30-minute activity session. You can choose Essential only or change Cookie settings. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control remain respected.
7. Connection information, country and usage records
Service records may include tool identifiers, status, sizes, timings, download responses and a customer or guest reference. When IP collection is enabled, connection IPs are encrypted in the database and visible to authenticated administrators. Approximate country may be resolved using a local GeoIP database or an explicitly trusted proxy. Local/private IPs have no geographic country, and cookies or browser language do not prove location. Optional analytics can include page paths, approximate active time, referral domains, allowlisted UTM campaign tags, browser/device categories and versions, operating system and browser language. Signed-in activity can be linked to the account. Full referrer URLs, uploaded file contents and original client filenames are not collected by analytics. Download-response counts do not prove that a file was saved or opened.
8. File expiry and retention
The current result lifetime is 60 minutes from submission; each result’s displayed expiry governs its availability. Inputs are normally removed when processing completes or fails. Expired downloads are denied, and the scheduled cleanup removes expired files and recovers stale work. Optional activity and operational metadata follow the configured retention window, currently 90 days. Remembered guest workspaces may remain for their configured guest lifetime; stale profile IPs are cleared through retention cleanup. Registered accounts, saved preferences and support messages may remain until removed through the available controls or an appropriate request. Backups and infrastructure logs have separate operator-managed retention; this application does not promise that every copy disappears at file expiry.
9. Providers and external links
Hosting infrastructure processes website requests and server-based conversions. When email delivery is configured, the selected email provider processes necessary recipient and message information, such as verification links or support replies. A local GeoIP lookup does not send visitor IPs to an external location API. Clicking a WhatsApp link opens an external service, where its own privacy terms apply; no WhatsApp message is sent automatically by this website. Hosting, mail and external-service locations depend on the operator’s configured providers. We do not claim European-only processing or a specific international-transfer arrangement that has not been established for this deployment.
10. Security and administrator access
The application uses access controls, private file storage, protected download references, upload validation and configurable limits. Passwords are hashed; retained profile IPs and mobile numbers are encrypted in the database. Authorized administrators can manage accounts, service records, support messages and website content. Manual administrator email approval is recorded separately from a user confirming a verification link; neither action verifies a mobile number. HTTPS, updates, server access, backups, log rotation and cleanup monitoring remain part of operating the service. These measures reduce risk but do not guarantee that every file or processing system is safe.
11. Your choices and privacy requests
You can update the available profile details, remove saved tools, sign out and change optional analytics preferences. Use the Contact page or WhatsApp for questions, correction requests, account deletion or other privacy requests. We may need to confirm your authority before disclosing or changing information. Access, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, consent withdrawal and complaint options depend on the laws that apply to your circumstances. Where available, you can also contact your relevant data-protection authority. Do not send identity documents or sensitive files unless an appropriate secure process has been agreed.
12. Children and shared devices
This website is not a dedicated children’s or educational account service. A parent, guardian or institution should supervise use where appropriate and obtain any authorization required by applicable law. Contact us if a child has provided information that should be reviewed or removed. On a shared browser, sign out and remove remembered cookies when needed; a guest workspace or IP address is not proof of a unique person.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this page when features, data practices or applicable requirements change. The revision date appears in this policy. Material changes should be communicated through an appropriate website or account notice. Our Contact page remains available for questions about the current version.
